This series slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for the handling of highly abrasive, high-density slurry. The pumps are used for handing strong abrasive, high density slurry and low density, high head slurry in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial field etc. It is suitable for the corrosive slurry usually. some bigger pump would be used to transport the fine ore or tailings with weak abrasion. The pumps work well in silica sand, feldspar and etc.

Features

The impellers are made of rubber and the frame plates with replaceable wear-resistant rubber liners. The discharge branch can be oriented to any of the eight different positions. The shaft seals can adopt shaft gland seal or expeller seal.

Advantage

1. The wet parts for the pumps are made of corrosion-resistant and abrasive rubber material.

2. The bearing assembly uses cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily. They can be removed completely when repaired.

3. The packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal can be used for the shaft seal.

4. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
