Concentrating Table is a physical mineral processing equipment, which is mainly used for the selection of rare metals and precious metals ore such as gold, silver, lead and zinc, tantalum and niobium, tin, etc.. Our Concentrating Table combines the Concentrating Table technology and gravity beneficiation technology. It has the advantages of high enrichment ratio, good sorting efficiency, simple operation,no pharmaceutical, low energy consumption, easy management and a high cost performance.
The process is carried out on a riffled table. The ore particles are fed from the feed chute onto the table and water from the water tank is flushing horizontally. Under the action of vibration, particles are layered according to the specific gravity and granularity, and moves longitudinally and laterally along the table. The ore grains with different specific gravity and size trapezoidally flow along the direction of their respective movement. Particles are discharged from different positions respectively and divided into concentrates, middling and tailings.
